U.S. Air Force Capt. Nick “Laz” Le Tourneau, pilot and commander of the F-22 Raptor Aerial Demonstration Team, taxis in from an aerial demonstration during the North Star Airshow in St. Cloud, Minnesota, August 2, 2026. When he was 16 years old, Le Tourneau watched an aerial demonstration by the F-22 Demo Team during the 2010 St. Cloud Airshow. The performance and interaction with the pilot inspired him to apply to the Air Force Academy and eventually become the pilot and commander of the 2025/2026 F-22 Raptor Aerial Demonstration Team.
