U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Drake Young, an administrative specialist with 3rd Marine Expeditionary Brigade, carries gear to formation during an Alert Contingency Marine Air-Ground Task Force drill at Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, Aug. 5, 2026. 3rd MEB maintains a forward presence in the Pacific theater, responding to contingencies and strengthening alliances in support of the U.S. national security strategy.
