Members of Coast Guard Sector Detroit are practicing folding the sleeves of their operational dress uniform as part of training given by a former company commander now stationed at the sector July 30, 2013. The instruction was on how to properly wear the uniform and the policy on all uniform additions including blousing straps, boot wear and covers.
