KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany – Around 300 U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz Soldiers, employees and family members gathered at Pulaski Park July 31 for the garrison’s annual Organizational Day. This year’s Org Day featured an employee awards and recognition ceremony, Ultimate Frisbee tournament, food trucks, barbecue, informational booths, a car smash and the traditional garrison-wide team photo. Org Days are an Army tradition designed to build esprit de corps, unit cohesion and morale by bringing Soldiers, civilian staff and their families together for sports, recreation and camaraderie outside of the normal work environment.
