Despite mixed weather, the community-building event fostered vital connections across multiple military installations. Military Police from U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart and German local law enforcement conducted joint patrols, distributed safety materials, handed out candy, and gave children a hands-on look at emergency vehicles.
