    The 643rd Regional Support Group and 653rd Regional Support Group host a Relief in Place and Transfer of Authority Ceremony in Fort Bliss, TX on July 24th, 2026. Transferring authority for the Fort Bliss Mobilization Brigade from Col. Paul Brittain, Commander of the 653rd Regional Support Group to Col. Louis Foust, Commander of the 643rd Regional Support Group.
