Capt. Kelly House was relieved by Capt. David Carroll as commanding officer of NAVSUP FLC Norfolk in a change of command ceremony in downtown Norfolk.
During his remarks, House thanked the command's Sailors and civilians for their dedication, highlighting how their unity, operational readiness, and shared ownership of the mission ensure unwavering support for the warfighter.
Additionally, he was awarded the Legion of Merit from Commander, NAVSUP and Chief of Supply Corps Rear Adm. Kenneth Epps, who served as presiding officer for the ceremony.
Carroll comes to NAVSUP FLC Norfolk from his previous assignment as director of fleet resourcing and integration at U.S. Fleet Forces.
