Michael Posey, The Admiral William F. Halsey Chair of Naval Studies; and Col. Stephen Messinger, The General Colin Powell Chair of Military and Strategic Studies, Carlisle Barracks, Pa., Aug. 3, 2026. The faculty members were selected in recognition of their excellence in teaching, scholarship and contributions to the college's mission of educating strategic leaders.
