A U.S. Navy Sailor assigned to Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8), returns to the well deck after a U.S. Navy landing craft, air cushion assigned to Assault Craft Unit 5, delivers equipment during routine operations and integrated training off the coast of California, July 15, 2026.
