Febres-Carrillo and Neale explain to Knox-Limbacker how the M80 water boiler works and its functions in real world contingency operations.

    U.S. Virgin Islands National Guard leadership observed 285th CES Airmen during annual training conducted at the 188th Wing’s Regional Training Site at Ebbing Air National Guard Base, Fort Smith, Ark., July 23, 2026. Visiting leadership included Knox-Limbacker; U.S. Air Force Col. Glenda Mathurin-Lee, director of staff; and U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Kent Bellot, state command sergeant major. During the visit, leadership observed 188th CES instructors guiding 285th CES personnel on welding, heavy equipment operations, water purification using a reverse osmosis water purification unit, and HVAC repair to support contingency operations.
