Kendra Lance, assigned to the Air Force Services Center at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, receive the Military Service Knot during the National Scout Jamboree at the Summit Bechtel Reserve near Glen Jean, West Virginia, July 28, 2026. Davis and Lance were granted permissive leave to volunteer at the Jamboree, applying their emergency management and operations center experience to help coordinate emergency response efforts throughout the event.
