    153rd Public Affairs Detachment

    Soldiers assigned to the West Virginia National Guard's 156th Military Police Detachment and 863rd Military Police Company conduct long-range marksmanship training with the Savage MSR 15 rifle chambered in .224 Valkyrie in West Virginia, July 2026. During the training, Soldiers engaged targets at distances of up to 1,000 yards to sustain marksmanship proficiency and enhance precision shooting skills in support of mission readiness.
