The Honorable Hung Cao, Acting Secretary of the Navy, conducts rifle drills at Marine Forces Special Operations Command on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, July 29, 2026. Cao observed MARSOC’s modernization efforts, capability development and Unmanned Aerial Surveillance systems to continue developing tactics in solving key operational problems providing the Joint Force with an advantage in competition and conflict.
