Filipino dentists from the Philippine Dental Association provides dental care to an Armed Forces of the Philippines service member during a medical civic action program in Borac, Palawan province, Philippines, July 24, 2026. Under this cooperative outreach model, Armed Forces of the Philippines medical personnel and local healthcare professionals lead all direct patient care, utilizing essential medicine and supplies provided and facilitated by U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific. SOCPAC remains dedicated to working side-by-side with our Philippine partners in the spirit of Bayanihan—the traditional Filipino custom of communal unity and cooperation—to build local capacity, strengthen mutual trust, and support community resilience.
