Filipino medical personnel provide medication to residents during a medical civic action program in Coron, Palawan province, Philippines, July 23, 2026. Under this cooperative outreach model, Armed Forces of the Philippines medical personnel and local healthcare professionals lead all direct patient care, utilizing essential medicine and supplies provided and facilitated U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific.
