Filipino medical personnel provide medication to residents during a medical civic action program in Coron, Palawan province, Philippines, July 23, 2026. Under this cooperative outreach model, Armed Forces of the Philippines medical personnel and local healthcare professionals lead all direct patient care, utilizing essential medicine and supplies provided and facilitated U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific. SOCPAC remains dedicated to working side-by-side with our Philippine partners in the spirit of Bayanihan—the traditional Filipino custom of communal unity and cooperation—to build local capacity, strengthen mutual trust, and support community resilience.
