MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS BASE BARSTOW, Calif. — Brigadier General Kevin Collins, commanding general, Marine Corps Logistics Command, meets with civilian-Marines and tours facilities at Production Plant Barstow, Marine Depot Maintenance Command at the Yermo Annex aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, California, July 28.
