Roadblocks were placed at the entrances to Gruber Bridge on Fort Bragg July 27, closing it for up to 24 months. The bridge will be replaced using an Inter-Governmental Service Agreement with the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The new bridge will accommodate heavier military vehicle loads and enhance deployment capabilities for the installation. (Photo by April Olsen)
