Capt. David T. Fritz, commanding officer, Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Atlanta, presents U.S. Rep. Phil Gingrey a plaque after his town hall meeting with sailors at the NOSC. Gingrey, who represents the district where the NOSC is located, answered questions ranging from current operations to reserve benefits. The congressman also toured the nearly completed medical facilities which services approximately 1,400 Navy personnel who drill at NOSC Atlanta.
