Soldiers from the U.S. Army's "Golden Knights" Tandem Parachute Team conducted tandem operations at Signature Aviation in Frederick, Md., July 28. The team jumped with twelve participants from a height of 12,500 feet, rushing 2.5 miles to the ground at 120 miles per hour. The "Golden Knights," based at Fort Bragg, N.C., offered area residents the opportunity to experience jumping from a plane.
