    U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit

    Soldiers from the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit Service Pistol Team competed in the National Pistol Matches at Camp Perry, Ohio. The annual event is hosted by the Civilian Marksmanship Program and brings more than 4000 competitors to the lakeshore ranges to compete in pistol, rifle, smallbore, air rifle and air pistol. Competitors are both civilian and military who compete side by side for top honors. Pistol matches consist of a variety of fire from both the 25 and 50 yard lines and with various firearms such as .22, .45 and revolvers.
