James Perkins, acting program executive officer for the Defense Healthcare Management Systems, is given a demonstration of a virtual reality technology program during the joint Veterans Health Administration and Defense Health Agency’s Immersive Health Care Technology Demo Day at the Washington VA Medical Center in Washington, D.C. The event provided veterans, service members, clinicians, and agency leaders with an opportunity to try technology designed to treat veterans and service members with a range of healthcare issues.
