Members of Navy Closure Task Force-Red Hill (NCTF-RH) inspect drilling cores from a drill rig during the installation of a groundwater monitoring well near the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF) in Honolulu, July 8, 2026.
