FLEET ACTIVITIES YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 24, 2026) — Ron Carson, marketing director for Fleet Activities Yokosuka’s Morale, Welfare and Recreation, receives a Length of Service certificate recognizing 40 years of service from Capt. Jon Hopkins, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, during an All Hands in the Fleet Theater. An All Hands is similar to a meeting or gathering to communicate important information and recognize Sailors for their contributions to the team.
