Senior leaders from the 191st Regional Support Group visit the raw water intake site during a Water Purification Rodeo conducted by Soldiers assigned to the 714th Quartermaster Water Purification Company and the 219th Water Distribution Company at Lago Cerrillos, Ponce, Puerto Rico, July 24, 2026.
During the visit, leaders observed the initial phase of the water purification process, where raw water is drawn from the reservoir and prepared for treatment. The demonstration showcased the units' ability to establish expeditionary water purification operations and produce potable water in support of military operations and domestic emergency response missions.
