The NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Navy Food Management Team recently held a cake decorating Class. The three-day seminar teaches Sailors from area ships and shore commands the basics needed to decorate cakes for Navy ceremonies. Culinary specialists learn basic sugar, chocolate and fondant fabrication to aid in cake construction.
