Last Thursday, Retail Services Specialist 1st Class Felicia Foisy and Retail Services Specialist 2nd Class Zohar Pike from the Fleet Assist Team visited USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19) to train the S-3 Division and check on its progress.
Foisy and Pike assisted the ship's retail specialists with in-rate training, reviewed records, answered questions, and provided hands-on assistance to strengthen the S-3 programs. The Fleet Assist Team helps Sailors who operate retail services ensure their ship’s stores, vending machines, barber shops, and laundry facilities are functioning as efficiently as possible.
