MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS BASE BARSTOW, Calif. — Children and families participated in the MCCS Barstow - Library Summer Reading Program finale at McTureous Hall aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) - Barstow, California, July 23. The event, which celebrated the completion of the summer-long literacy initiative, featured interactive crafts, snacks, and an educational presentation by a local animal rescue to foster community engagement and support youth literacy aboard the installation.
