Airmen of the French Air and Space Force observe a low-level training flight from the flight deck of a C-17 Globemaster III assigned to the 911th Airlift Wing over Pennsylvania, June 25, 2026. The flight provided members of the French delegation the opportunity to observe low-level airlift operations and learn about the capabilities of the U.S. Air Force Reserve C-17 fleet as part of a bilateral training event supporting Liberté 250, a celebration of the 250th anniversary of American independence and Franco-American friendship.
