U.S. Army Sgt. Maj. George A. Towe, brigade operations sergeant major of the 198th Regional Support Group, is awarded the Meritorious Service Medal by U.S. Army Lt. Col. Kelly Milner, commander of the 198th RSG, during Towe's retirement ceremony July 12, 2026 at Papago Park Military Reservation in Phoenix.
Selfless service inspires others to serve in the community. Service to one’s community, regardless of that capacity in which one serves, is what makes citizenry an honorable characterization.
