Maj. Gen. James E. Smith, commander of Space Training and Readiness Command, presides over Space Delta 10’s change of command ceremony July 17, 2026, at The Tides, Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. The event marked a transition for the delta as they bid farewell to outgoing commander, Col. Shannon DaSilva, and welcomed incoming commander, Col. Leah Shubin.
