Carlson, Commander of Task Force (CTF) 64, engages with Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Bulkeley (DDG 84), during an all-hands call following an awards at quarters onboard Naval Station (NAVSTA) Rota, Spain, July 9, 2026.
