HÅGAT, Guam (July 13, 2026) – Firefighters and Fire Inspectors from Joint Region Marianas, assigned to U.S. Naval Base Guam (NBG) Fire and Emergency Services (FES), visited the Department of Youth Affairs (DYA) Haya Youth Center in Hågat as part of a fire prevention outreach on July 3.
FES personnel conduct regular outreaches on and off base as an opportunity for both fire department personnel and members of the community to exchange knowledge and encourage practices that will ensure fire safety and reduce fire-related accidents.
The DYA Haya Youth Center offers services to include mentoring, academic tutoring, job training, counseling, support groups, sports and recreation and after school programs.
