Mr. Chris Romero, a cable technician contracted by the State of Arizona, gives a hands-on fiber optic class to a group of Arizona Army National Guard Soldiers from the 448th Signal Company, Tactical Installation/Networking - Enhanced (448th Signal Co. TIN-E) on July 15, 2026, at Camp Navajo Training Site in Bellemont, Ariz. This class taught modernized communications cabling methods, which strengthened technical proficiency in installing, replacing and maintaining tactical communications infrastructure, increasing Soldier efficiency and lethality on a modern battlefield.
