A team of volunteer Airmen assigned to the 109th Airlift Wing, Scotia, New York, work together to repaint the static display that sits at the entrance of the base. The LC-130D model originally flew with the Alaskan Air Command before flying with the 109th from 1975-1985. It was brought back to the base as a static display in 1994.
