An S-70B Seahawk helicopter from the Republic of Singapore navy Formidable-class frigate RSS Intrepid (69) lands on the flight deck of the guided-missile destroyer USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Singapore 2013. More than 700 sailors and Marines are participating in CARAT Singapore. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Timor Leste.
