USDA Under Secretary for Farm Production and Conservation Richard Fordyce and Jared Hagert (FSA DAFP) working the Great American State Fair on July 4, 2026. The Great American State Fair was a 16‑day national celebration held June 25–July 10, 2026 on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., to celebrate America's 250th birthday. The USDA played a large part in organizing the event with special events and exhibits designed to honor the role of agriculture in American history.
