Mission and Installation Contracting Command, or MICC senior enlisted leaders and noncommissioned officers pose for a group photo March 27, 2026, at Fort McClellan, Alabama during the Army Contracting (ACC) Command Best Warrior Competition. Under the direction and guidance of Bright, these leaders spent over a year planning for the MICC’s Launch Program is a hybrid course, scheduled virtually on Microsoft Teams and in-person July 28-30 at various locations across the MICC enterprise. Lead planners for the strategic training event were Culler and Master Sgt. John Gyaben (not pictured). These leaders were part of the team of senior MICC noncommissioned officers, contracting master gunners, Army Contracting Command planners, 51C force managers and assignment proponency professionals to ensure the course aligns with real-world operational demands and long-term strategic objectives for the career field.
