U.S. Navy Sailors and seamen assigned to 3rd Marine Logistics Group expeditiously evacuate a simulated casualty from the USNS Sisler (T-AKR 311) to a U.S. Coast Guard response boat during MEDEVAC, medical evacuation training as part of Combined Joint Logistics Over-the-Shore (CJLOTS) training off the coast of Pohang, South Korea, July 9, 2026. Streamlining multi-service casualty transit and logistics over the shore builds critical interoperability, directly reinforcing the strength and synchronization of the joint alliance. Due to extreme heat, soldiers were permitted to remove their headgear and outer uniform jackets to prevent heat-related injuries. (U.S. Army photo by Pfc. Yunseong Jang)
