    Col. Ray K. Ragan transfers the unit guidon to Command Sgt. Maj. Samantha A. Isles-Maynard during the 361st Theater Public Affairs Support Element change of command ceremony at Fort Totten, New York, July 11, 2026. The ceremony marked the transfer of command authority from Col. Ray K. Ragan, outgoing commander of the 361st Theater Public Affairs Support Element, to Lt. Col. Camm Garrett, incoming commander of the 361st Theater Public Affairs Support Element. Col. Edwin K. Sherman Jr., commander of the Mission Command Support Group, 99th Readiness Division, presided over the ceremony.
