    FIRST Naval Construction Regiment

    U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Rod Llanos, a flight mechanic assigned to Coast Guard Air Station Barbers Point in Kapolei, Hawaii, monitors a hoist operation from the cabin door of an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter during search and rescue training at Bellows Air Force Base, Hawaii, July 9, 2026.
