William Cusick, outgoing commander of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, during a change of command ceremony at the Old Guard Monument on Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Virginia, July 10, 2026. During the ceremony, Cusick relinquished command of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, Military Mounted Battalion, 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard), to Capt.
