    Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 15

    Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Joshua Carlson, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 15, places a jack as prepares to replace the tire on equipment while supporting Regional Command Southwest.
