BUSAN, Republic of Korea – U.S. Naval Academy midshipmen participate in a question-and-answer session with Rear Admiral Jin-Hee Han, Deputy Commander of Republic of Korea Fleet, during a visit to Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Korea (CNFK) in Busan, Republic of Korea, July 7, 2026. The session allowed midshipmen to engage directly with ROK Navy leadership on regional security and naval cooperation. CNFK is the U.S. Navy’s representative in the Republic of Korea, providing leadership and expertise in naval matters to improve institutional and operational effectiveness between the two navies and to strengthen collective security efforts in Korea and the region.
