U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District (USACE) Commander Col. USACE will design and construct upgrades to waterfront infrastructure and conduct improvement dredging operations to prepare the Yard for a new generation of U.S. Coast Guard cutters anticipated to arrive in 2030.
