Wausau, Wis. – Navy Counselor 1st Class Steven Brandsma and Electrician’s Mate 2nd Class Ethan Durbin, assigned to Navy Recruiting Station Wausau, engage with members of the community during the Wings Over Wausau Air Show. Throughout the weekend, the recruiters staffed the U.S. Navy recruiting booth, participated in the Clear for Takeoff 5K, and took part in a joint enlistment ceremony recognizing three future Sailors: Future Sailors Lilian Manteufel, Jocelyn Wilharms, and Brady Sneed. The event provided an opportunity for the Navy to connect with the local community and showcase career opportunities in naval service.
