Antoinette Gant presents a challenge coin to Adam Perkins of the Directorate of Emergency Services. Perkins has been instrumental in the operation of emergency reporting, an Army Enterprise solution that the department has used for the last 10 years. He is working diligently to make the transition to First Due with very little help from the Army.

Antoinette Gant visited Fort Meade to recognize members of Team Meade for their excellence. During her visit, she learned more about the 2d Military Working Dog (MWD) Detachment mission.
