The 531st Hospital Center held a Change of Command ceremony June 26, 2026, where Col. Kenneth C. Lutz assumed command from Col. Lexie B. Buenaventura.
The ceremony honored Col. Buenaventura’s dedicated leadership, commitment to Soldiers, civilians and Families, and the lasting impact she made during her time in command. We thank her for her outstanding service and wish her continued success in her next assignment.
