A U.S. Coast Guard 29-foot Response Boat-Small (RB-S) transits New York Harbor during the Parade of Sail for SAIL250 in New York City, July 4, 2026. Held to celebrate America's 250th anniversary, the Parade of Sail featured the largest flotilla of tall ships ever assembled, with approximately 60 tall ships and 40 gray-hull naval vessels from more than 30 nations participating in the event.
