America250 is a multi-year nonpartisan initiative led by the U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. This October, the Navy is also celebrating its 250th birthday, cementing its foundational role underpinning America as a maritime nation.
