Based in Norfolk, Virginia, SUBGRU 2 serves as the Theater Undersea Warfare Commander for the Atlantic, directing undersea forces to defend the homeland and secure the theater. The command advances undersea warfare by training elite warfighters and pioneering advanced autonomous and seabed technologies to win the future fight.
